Account Deletion Instructions

1. Open the AdventX mobile app and log in to your account.
2. Go to your Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”.
4. Confirm your choice when prompted.

What happens next?
All data you've created will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Backups are also purged according to our retention policy.

Warning
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription billed through Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google play subscription settings.

No longer have access to the app?

Email us at contact@adventx.fr from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before proceeding.
