AdventX is a personal logbook application allowing users to record and manage information related to their jumps and activities. The service is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only.

• Your account is personal and may not be shared with others
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials

4. User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the application and for how you use the service. You agree not to misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

5. High-risk activity disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

Base jumping and related activities are inherently dangerous and involve a significant risk of serious injury or death. AdventX does not provide training, instruction, supervision, or safety advice.

The application does not replace professional training, certification, or expert judgment. You acknowledge that you practice such activities at your own risk and under your sole responsibility.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdventX and ADVENTX SAS shall not be held liable for:

• Any accident, injury, or damage occurring during or as a result of your activities
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in user-entered data
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues

Use of the application is at your own risk.

7. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of misuse, violation of these Terms, or security concerns. Users may request account deletion at any time.
